No access to billing after buying - is this company still being operated?

After the first $19 monthly charge, there has been no receipt sent , also the manage billing is causing an error. I need to cancel this subscription and no reply from the email address help@

Im now trying to cut them off from charging us further through registering a dispute with our bank

They were acquired by someone. I had talked to the founder. The new owners haven't paid any attention to it. It is not a usable app right now. Hope you get your money back!

Daniel B: Nah, he didn't share and hasn't responded to my last message for months now. Such a shame, I really liked this app. Would have loved to use it.
